Heating, cooling, ductwork.
Canadian winters are not theoretical. We cover the systems that keep your house warm in February and cool in July, regardless of brand or age at enrollment.

In February of last year, we replaced 41 furnaces in Ontario alone. Average homeowner cost: zero.
● 02 / Plumbing
Water heater, pipes, fixtures.
Pipes that fail tend to fail at three in the morning. We send a licensed plumber within hours, not days.

Last winter, we replaced 612 hot water tanks across Canada. Average time from call to hot water restored: 19 hours.
● 03 / Electrical
Panel, wiring, outlets.
We dispatch master electricians for everything inside the panel and the walls behind it.

- Service drops from the utility pole
- Solar inverters and battery banks

We replaced 184 main panels in 2024, most as preventive upgrades after thermal-imaging flagged risk during an unrelated visit. No charge.
● 04 / Appliances
Fridge, range, dishwasher, laundry.
The major appliances in your kitchen and laundry, regardless of brand. If we cannot repair it, we replace it with a comparable model.

A Subzero refrigerator failed in a Westmount kitchen last March. Repaired and operational in 31 hours. Homeowner paid nothing.
● 05 / Roof
Leaks and exterior penetration.
We fix what is leaking. For full roof replacement, we coordinate with your insurance carrier and supervise the work.

- Full re-roofing for age or wear
- Gutter cleaning and replacement
- Skylight glass replacement
