- Pre-existing failuresIf a system was already broken when you enrolled, it is not covered. We do not pretend otherwise.
- Cosmetic damageScratches, dents, finish wear. We fix what stops working, not what looks worn.
- Acts of godFlood, fire, earthquake, lightning. Insurance handles these; we do not duplicate it.
